Our PERO-Vacuum-Distillation-Systems helps you to save cost.
This distillation system provides a final concentration of solvent in the oil of below 1 % in volume. The oil will be stored in a container which belongs to the system.
The Cleaning System uses chlorinated hydro carbon solvents e.g. per-chloroethylene and trichloroethylene (as well as Methylenechloride). It does not need water, but air for cooling.
With the package "fire and explosion-proof" the installation can be used for chlorinated hydro carbon solvents, as well as for inflammable hydro carbon solvents. As solvents can be used for example "Dowclene" or usual hydro carbons (A3 products with burning point above 55°C = 131°F). The package "fire and explosion-proof" cannot be fitted at a later date.
Solvent distillation is based on the principle that the boiling point of the solvents stated is considerably lower than the boiling point of standard manufacturing oils which are to be removed from the solvent.
The distillation takes place gently in vacuum.
